先物取引で運用して月１２パーセント配当し、元金は８ヶ月後に返済すると書いている会社が途中で配当が止まり、元金も返金してもらえない状況です。
まず運用報告書を送ってくれと言って運用報告書の送付を証明郵便で送り
送ってくれない場合は債務不履行によって契約の解除から元金の返済を求め
それに応じない場合は簡易裁判所で裁判をしようと思っています。
そして勝訴を得ておいて、強制執行により元金を返金させようと思っています。

ところで、相手が運用報告書をちゃんと送ってきた場合にはもう元金を
返済してもらうすべはないのでしょうか？
出資法に違反している点があったりしたら
まだ可能性が残されているのでしょうか？
